# Installing the Airwallet Harness

This document will walk you through the process of installing your Airwallet Pro400 harness to your Speed Queen machine. This guide is for the following machines:

• Hybrid Washers

• Hybrid Dryers

### Included in the kit:

• Airwallet Pro400 Unit

• Speed Queen Pro400 Hybrid (SPADE CONNECTOR connector)

# Recommended Dashboard Setup

Pulse Type: Fixed
Pulse operated 
pulse length: 80-100ms 
pulse repetition: Program Specific, 
busy signal: Low

# Installing Airwallet Harness

||| WARNING! Disconnect power or turn off breaker prior to performing this

1\. Power down the machine by unplugging or turning of the breaker.

2\. Open the front control panel by removing the two (2) top retaining screws.

3\. Locate the WHITE power connection inside the control panel

4\. Unplug the power connection and install the Airwallet harness to both ends of the connection.

5\. Feed the Airwallet harness through the vault access hole on the right side of the control cavity.

6\. Open the vault cover and pull the harness though.

7\. To access the coin slide switch connections easily, you may need to remove the control in the vault.
Remove the two (2) retaining screws and pull the control out and rest on the back of the vault box.

8\. Unplug both spade connectors from the bottom of the slide switch and plug in the spade connectors on
the Airwallet harness.

9\. Plug the coin slide spade connectors into the Airwallet harness spade connectors.

10\. Plug the Busy signal feed back harness into the control board at H5 if using the busy signal from machine.

11\. Reassemble the vault pocket by reinstalling the control. Take care not to snag or pinch any wire harnesses and make sure the harnesses are out to the way of operation of the coin slide switch. Close and lock the vault.

12\. Plug the Airwallet Pro400 into the harness and mount the Airwallet unit inside the machine using the mounting tape. It is recommended to mount the reader inside the front panel close to the control board or on the outside back of the machine to ensure a quality connection.

13\. Reassemble the control panel of the machine with the two (2) retaining screws

14\. If the Dashboard programming has not been done prior, make sure to note the serial number or take pictures of the label on the bottom of the PRO400 unit.

15\. Once you have confirmed all connections are made, and the serial numbers are gathered you can reassemble the machine and proceed to the software setup.
