## How to request a refund when Apple Pay is your payment method

This guide is for users who want, for example, to get a refund for a transaction made through Apple Pay. In that case, the Airwallet team will need your help to obtain the information needed to identify your payment.

**NOTE:** We do not need the last four digits of your physical card, we need the last 4 digits of your card in Apple Pay. To find them, follow this guide:

1. Open the "Wallet" app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the card you used to make the payment.
3. Follow steps 3-5 as shown below:

*(3)* Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
*(4)* You will have two options available. Select the "Card Number" option, as shown in the image. (Step 4)
*(5)* You can now see the last four digits needed to issue the refund.
