# Some of my users need to be able to use Airwallet for free, how can this be done?

If you have a janitor or cleaning assistant who needs free access to your machines, you must:

* Create the user normally in the Airwallet app.
* Send the telephone numbers that should be able to wash free of charge to contact@airwallet.net from the same email address you created the dashboard with.
* The app will work in the same way, but the payments will not be sent to the payment processor.
