|| NOTE: This machine type may not have the harness for coins at plug H11. The tech will need to acquire the Alliance coin harness for the specified machine. Alternately, The Airwallet Pro400 and Airwallet Alliance ACA/Quantum harness can be used instead of the factory Alliance harness.

From Manual Mode (machine settings) you have to change the machine to Pulse:

PLSdEn should be set to .25 per pulse or if it is fixed amount it can be set to e.g. 3.00$
