# Team member roles

### Owner
An owner has full access to read, edit, and manage all aspects of the system, including the ability to delete the main account if necessary. If no accountant is added, the account will automatically send settlements and invoices to the primary email. If an accountant is added, this setting can be adjusted under "Account" in the "Emails for accounting" section.

### Editor
An editor has full read and write access to the system but cannot delete the main account.

### Technician
Technicians have read/write access to the following areas:

* Actions
* Location settings
* Booking settings
* Machines and terminals
* Remote start for machines (if Anton is installed at the location)
* They can also create new customer accounts and have the privilege of activating new Airwallet devices.

A technician does **not** have access to:
* Transaction data
* Contracts
* Revenue statistics
* Settlements
* Company information
* Payout details

### User
A dashboard user has read-only access to:

* Settlements
* Revenue statistics and company information
* Viewing actions, transactions, locations, reservations, machines, terminals, contracts, and customer settings

A dashboard user is **not** allowed to make changes, except for processing refunds when necessary or managing user administration, such as assigning/removing test users, assigning/removing loyalty coupons, or blocking users.

### Viewer
A dashboard viewer has the same permission as User with read-only access to viewing transactions.

### Bookkeeper
A bookkeeper receives all settlements and invoices sent to their email address, but does not have access to the dashboard.
