# Why can't I find Airwallet in the App Store or Google Play?

If Airwallet does not show up when you search, check: 

* Did you spell the name correctly?

* If it still does not show up, it may be because you have an older smartphone. Airwallet only works with iPhone 6s and newer, and Android version 8 and newer. No support for Windows Phones.
