# ¿Por qué no he recibido ninguna transferencia este mes?

Las transferencias solo serán enviadas cuando hayan habido transferencias en su lavandería. Si usted recibe los ingresos mensualmente, normalmente recibirá la transferencia entre el 26 y el 5 del mes siguiente, dependiendo de su región.

Si su cuenta no ha sido verificada por Stipe, o no hubo ninguna transacción en el período anterior, no recibirá una transferencia mensual.
