# Ik heb geen toegang tot mijn dashboard en heb Airwallet bij een distributeur gekocht. Kan ik toegang krijgen?

Ja, als u eigenaar bent van de wasserij, kunt u toegang krijgen tot uw dashboard. Neem contact op met uw distributeur en vraag om het dashboard over te dragen aan uw e-mailadres.

-   Als het dashboard al met uw e-mailadres is aangemaakt, kunt u altijd een nieuw wachtwoord naar uw dashboardgebruiker laten sturen door in het wachtwoordveld op ‘Vergeten?’ te klikken.
