Guide: How to connect to locations and devices from anywhere (iOS)

Introduction

The Airwallet app normally shows nearby laundromats based on your device's current location. As a result, the app will only display laundromats located within a 500-meter radius.

However, there may be situations where you need to connect to a laundromat that is outside this range. To make this easier, we have added a feature that removes the need to physically move, switch devices, or manually adjust your device's location.

Note: This feature is only available on devices running the iOS (Apple) operating system.

Connect to locations and machines from anywhere

In this guide you will learn how to access locations anywhere; you simply have to enter the address in the app as shown below.

Steps to follow

1. Go to the Airwallet settings in your device's Settings.

2. Turn off Location.

3. Restart the Airwallet app.
4. Go to the payments page where the machines are displayed. Tap the message shown at the top of the screen.

When you tap it, a search bar will appear.

5. Enter the full address of the laundromat you want to connect to.

6. The locations closest to the entered address will then appear. Choose the location you want to access.

You will now be able to connect to the laundromat.
