How to request a refund when Apple Pay is your payment method

This guide is for users who want, for example, to get a refund for a transaction made through Apple Pay. In that case, the Airwallet team will need your help to obtain the information needed to identify your payment.

NOTE: We do not need the last four digits of your physical card, we need the last 4 digits of your card in Apple Pay. To find them, follow this guide:

1. Open the "Wallet" app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the card you used to make the payment.
3. Follow steps 3-5 as shown below:

(3) Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.

(4) You will have two options available. Select the "Card Number" option, as shown in the image. (Step 4)

(5) You can now see the last four digits needed to issue the refund.
