Introduction

Airwallet ApS prioritises ethical, sustainable, and responsible business practices. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations we set for our suppliers.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Suppliers must strictly adhere to all relevant local and international laws, including labour and employment laws, environmental regulations, anti-corruption and bribery laws, and all applicable trade and export controls.
Regular training and updates on legal compliance should be provided to employees to ensure understanding and adherence.

Environmental Sustainability

Suppliers are expected to actively participate in environmental conservation through efficient use of resources, reducing carbon footprints, and promoting sustainable practices.
Environmental impact assessments and regular audits should be conducted to identify and mitigate risks.
A commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, managing waste responsibly, and sourcing materials ethically and sustainably is essential.

Right to Audit
