Airwallet Boost — FAQ

Introduction

Airwallet Boost is our new loyalty program designed to make laundry more rewarding for users while driving higher engagement and loyalty for operators. The program is a subscription-based solution where users pay a fixed monthly fee in exchange for wash discounts and premium features.

For Users

Boost is a direct agreement between Airwallet and the user - it does not involve the laundry operator.

Users can choose between three subscription tiers. Depending on the tier you may get:

• A percentage discount on each wash (covered by Airwallet)
• Instant booking for up to 15 minutes (Book a machine from home on short notice and ensure it is available when you arrive at the laundry.)

• The option to share your subscription with a friend at the same location.

Tier availability and pricing may vary by location and are subject to change.

Subscription pricing varies by site to reflect local wash prices. If the underlying wash prices change, subscription pricing may be adjusted.

For Operators

Boost integrates seamlessly into your existing setup.

You continue to receive full payment for every wash - Airwallet covers all discounts.
