This document introduces and explains the new Quick Payout service to our customers.

Introducing Quick Payout: Access Your Revenue quickly!

We are excited to introduce Quick Payout, a new feature designed to give you quick access to your available revenue when you need it.

Instead of waiting for your regular monthly payout, eligible customers can now request a quick transfer directly from your dashboard.

Key Questions Answered

1. What is the Quick Payout feature?

Quick Payout is an on-demand service that allows you to request a transfer of your earned, available revenue directly to your connected bank account.

2. How do I initiate a Quick Payout?

You can start a Quick Payout directly from your merchant dashboard's front page. The system will guide you through four simple steps:

  1. Select Bank Account: Choose the external bank account to receive the funds.
  2. Review the Sum: The system shows you the Sum available for quick payout.
  3. Check the Fee: The Price Quick Payout (service fee) and the final You will receive amount are clearly calculated and displayed.
  4. Confirm: Click "Confirm quick Payout" to start the quick transfer.

3. How long does the transfer take?

The transfer is initiated quickly but may take up to a few days to arrive. You will also receive an email confirmation.

4. Is there a fee for using Quick Payout?

Yes. Quick Payout is a premium service that incurs a service fee:

  • The fee is a variable percentage of the requested payout amount.
  • The fee is automatically deducted from the amount you request.
  • A minimum fee will apply if the calculated percentage amount falls below a set threshold.
  • Currency Variation: The specific fee structure varies based on the currency of the payout.

You will always see the full and final fee clearly calculated and displayed within the Quick Payout flow on your dashboard before you confirm the transaction.

5. Is this service available for all my revenue?

Quick Payout is only available for full amounts of revenue that have been fully processed and cleared for payout. You can only request a Quick Payout for the amounts displayed as available for each bank account.

6. What happens if the payout fails?

If the payout fails, you will immediately see a red "Failure" notification on your dashboard. The available funds will remain in your account balance and will be included in your next standard payout, or you may attempt another Quick Payout later.
