2025-02-12 - Enhanced Coupon Management and Search

Coupons & Vouchers United

Coupons that were previously called “Vouchers” are now fully integrated into the main coupons table. This means you’ll find all discount or voucher offers in one place.

New Columns

- Distribution Type: Shows how the coupon is distributed (e.g., globally or by specific user groups).
- Locations: Displays how many laundry locations a coupon applies to (note that you can’t sort by this column).

Additional Filters

- Archived: Toggle between active and archived coupons.
- Discount Type: Filter coupons based on whether they offer a percentage discount, a fixed amount, etc.
- Locations: Quickly see coupons that apply to certain numbers of locations (e.g., single site vs. multi-site).
- Distribution Type: Narrow down coupons based on whether they apply to specific groups or all users.

Smarter Search

- Search by Name: Find coupons more easily by typing their name into the main search field.
- Search by Code: Use the format cc:<COUPONCODE> to find an exact coupon by its code.

Coupon Limit Change

A single coupon can now only be assigned to a maximum of 100 locations. If a coupon previously had more than 100 locations attached, it has automatically changed into a global coupon that applies to all locations under the same customer account.

Deprecated Endpoints

Marked the following endpoints as deprecated (though they remain usable):
- GET /coupon/all
- POST /coupon/voucher
- GET /coupon/voucher
- DELETE /coupon/voucher

These will be replaced by the new GET /coupon (beta) endpoint and upcoming create, update, and delete coupon endpoints.

Note: Publishing of release notes start in February 2025.
