Release Notes

2026-01 – Weekly Payout Option, Quick Payout Update & Booking Fee Rollout

• Weekly payouts (optional): Locations can now switch payout frequency from monthly to weekly, giving faster access to earnings for those who prefer it.
• General improvements: Additional stability and reliability improvements across Dashboard and mobile apps.

2025-12 – Payout Security, Hub Remote Start & Better Reporting

• Bank account security improvements: Added extra protection when bank accounts are created or updated to help prevent fraudulent payouts. You will also receive e-mail notifications when bank account details are created, changed, or deleted.
• Transaction export – Platform column: Transaction exports now include a “Platform” column showing whether a transaction came from the App or the Terminal, making reconciliation and reporting easier.
• Airwallet Hub – Remote start: Locations using Airwallet Hub can now remotely start machines (where supported) for smoother operations and support workflows.
• Machine service tracking: Service settings can now track detergent and softener to help locations manage supplies.
• General improvements: Ongoing bug fixes and performance improvements across the platform.

2025-11 – Bookings Module & Anton Improvements

• **Anton: **Improved chat visibility, added QR-codes to receipts, and enabled both notifications and receipts via e-mail.
• Booking module: Introduced a new feature that helps location owners view upcoming reservations and optimize booking availability.
• **Quick payouts: **Added the ability for location owners to trigger immediate payouts when needed.

2025-10 – Boost Subscriptions & Accessibility

• Boost Subscription: Launched the Boost program. Unlocks premium features for users and increases revenue on locations. Contact us to hear more.
• Accessibility: Added features for disabled users, including improved screen reader labels, higher contrast options, larger tap targets, and better keyboard navigation.

2025-09 – Bonaire & Airwallet Hub

• Bonaire Support: Users can now register with phone numbers from Bonaire (+599). Bonaire is not selectable in the dashboard, but numbers are supported.
• Airwallet Hub: New add-on for improved performance. Provides real-time updates without Anton, remote machine start (where supported), stable MQTT communication, continuous online availability, and is optimized for larger locations. Read more about the Hub here.

2025-08 – Improved User Access

• Phone Verification for MFA: Adds SMS-based phone verification for an extra layer of account protection.
• US Individual Account Support: Users in the United States can now create accounts using their SSN by selecting "Individual" during onboarding.

2025-07 – Push Notifications

• Added support for creating and managing push notifications.
• Supports location targeting, editable delivery time, and visual status indicators.
• Notifications are restricted based on plan permissions.

2025-06 – Enhanced Coupon Management and Improved Logging

• Team Member Viewer Role: Implemented a viewer role for team members with non-editable access to Dashboard and transactions.
• Transactions Search: PO ID search now returns associated transactions.
• Machine Release Log: Each device now has a dedicated log showing when it has been manually released, helping identify reoccurring issues on specific devices.
• Coupons – Filter by Creator: Filter coupons based on who created them, using the team members associated with the dashboard. Note: Only applies to coupons created after this release.
• Coupons – Global Toggle: Choose whether a new coupon should apply to all customer locations (global) or only selected ones (individual).
