Changing the log-in information

To change the login information go to the Airwallet dashboard at: admin.airwallet.net (If you can not access your dashboard, contact Airwallet's support at [email protected] or +45 7870 9999)

Once you have logged into your dashboard:
→ Go to 'Settings'.
→ Choose 'Account'


→ The login email can be changed by clicking on 'Change email'
→ The email receiving invoices and settlements can be changed in the 'Account email addresses' box
→ The password can be changed by clicking on 'Change password'

Changing the account information provided for Airwallet

Account information is also being changed within your dashboard

→ Click on 'Edit' next to the name of the company's owner on the 'Overview' part of the dashboard



→ Go to the 'business details' by clicking on the pen in the right corner to change information about your business
→ Go to the 'management and ownership' by clicking on the pen in the right corner to change information about representatives of your company
