Why does my app show that my balance is low when I have enough money in my balance?
If the app warns you about too low balance before your balance reaches 0, it is because you have set your refill limit above 0. The refill limit option is for users who use the app frequently and want to be notified to ensure they always have funds. If you do not want to use this feature, set your refill limit to 0 in the wallet settings.
Here are the steps to do that:
Go to "Activities" inside your app.
Click on the banner showing your balance; the wallet settings will then open up.
Change the value in the "refill limit" box to 0.
Ensure the auto-refill is enabled if you want to make changes without adding more money to the account. If enabled, the app will refill based on the previous settings only when you attempt to pay with insufficient balance. You will still be notified of the refill.
