Installing Airwallet Unit
1. Power down the machine by unplugging or turning off the breaker.
2. Remove the panel from the rear of the machine to expose the power control panel.

3. Open the front control panels using the Alliance dryer lock key

4. Unplug the control harnesses from the rear of the control pocket and remove the control from the machine

5. Remove the retaining screws from the plug panel at the rear of the control pockets and open the panels to expose the cavities behind the panels.

Left Pocket
1. To power the left side control will require running the power to the right-side pocket and running the power to the rear of the machine.

2. Using the extension power wires, feed the wires through the wiring channel behind the lint trap assembly. This channel goes from the right pocket to the left and has wires already running through it that can be used for a guide.

3. Feed the wires through and leave enough length to connect to the power wires for the right pocket.

4. Replace the rear cover of the pocket allowing for the power wires without pinching the wires.

5. Connect WIRE 1 on AW unit to the BLACK Live Wire and WIRE 2 to the WHITE neutral wire run from the right pocket.
6. Reinstall the left control panel and plug in the control harnesses.
7. Locate the coin drop connections usually plugged into the H5 connection. They will have a 3-pin Moles connector with RED/WHITE/BLACK or YELLOW/WHITE/Black wires going to them.
8. Using a Scotch lock connector or 3M RED connector, Connect WIRE3 from the AW to the WHITE wire and WIRE7 from the AW to the RED or YELLOW wire on the coin harness.
9. Mount the AW device on the inside of the pocket wall making sure the coin drop is not blocked or the panel cannot close.
Right Pocket
1. To power the LEFT side control and the RIGHT side control will require running the power to the rear of the machine.
2. Using extension power wires, feed the wires through the rear of the machine.
CAUTION! Take care not to tangle the motor belt or allow the wires to rub on the motor belt. There should be an opening under the motor or next to the lint trap assembly to feed the wire through to the rear of the machine.
3. Feed the wires through and leave enough length to connect to the power block on the rear of the machine and also to power the AW units.
4. In the rear power box, connect the BLACK wire to L1 and connect the WHITE wire to L2 or Neutral

5. Connect the corresponding power wires together from the rear of the machine, the LEFT pocket and the RIGHT AW unit Wires 1 and 2. Wire Nuts or Another form of permanent connection should be used.
6. Run the RIGHT power connection into the control pocket and close and secure the rear panel allowing for the power wires without pinching the wires. Also make sure the wires are not in danger of snagging on the motor assembly!
7. Reinstall the RIGHT control panel and plug in the control harnesses.
8. Locate the coin drop connections usually plugged into the H5 connection. They will have a 3-pin Molex connector with RED/WHITE/BLACK or YELLOW/WHITE/Black wires going to them.
9. Using a Scotch lock connector or 3M RED connector, Connect WIRE3 from the AW to the WHITE wire and WIRE7 from the AW to the RED or YELLOW wire on the coin harness.
10. Mount the AW device on the inside of the pocket wall making sure the coin drop is not blocked or the panel cannot close.
Keeping the Coin Drop
1. Locate the WHITE wire on the coin drop harness and cut it leaving enough slack on both ends.
2. Connect WIRE 3 from the Airwallet unit to one side of the cut wire.
3. Connect WIRE 7 from the Airwallet unit to the other cut wire bridging the connection through the Airwallet device.
4. SEE DIAGRAM BELOW

5. If the Dashboard programming has not been done prior, make sure to note the serial number or take pictures of the label on the bottom of the PRO300 unit.

Once you have confirmed all connections are made, and the serial numbers are gathered you can reassemble the machine and proceed to the software setup.
