Apple Pay Guide

This guide is for users who want to, for example, get a refund on a transaction made through Apple Pay. If you find yourself in such situation, the Airwallet team needs to get the correct information to identify your payment.

Important: We do not need the last four digits of your physical card. Follow this guide to find the last four digits in the "Wallet" app, which are unique to your device.

Open the "Wallet" app on your iPhone.

Click on the payment card you used to make the transaction.

Follow steps 3-5, as shown in the pictures below.


(3) Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.
(4) Two options will be available. Choose the "Card Number" option as indicated the picture above. (step 4)
(5) You can now see the last four digits that are unique to your device.
