Booking Module FAQ

1. What is the Booking Module?

The Booking Module lets you view and manage all laundry machine reservations directly from your Airwallet Dashboard. It provides a complete overview of how and when your machines are booked, helping you monitor usage, identify idle periods, and improve operational efficiency.

This module connects to the existing Booking feature in the Airwallet app, where end users can reserve machines in advance.

2. Who can access the Booking Module?

The Booking Module is available for customers on the SMART and BUSINESS plans.

If you are on the BASIC plan, the feature will be locked on your Dashboard.

3. How do I enable Bookings for a location?

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Locations → Settings.
  3. Find the Booking section.
  4. Toggle Enable Booking to activate it.

Once enabled, users can reserve machines in the Airwallet app, and you will see those reservations in the Dashboard’s Bookings view.

4. What can I see in the Booking Module?

The module has two main views:

A. Bookings Overview (Top level)

Gives a quick summary across all your locations.

Columns include:

  • Location
  • Customer
  • Bookings enabled (Yes/No)
  • Devices
  • Bookings today (adjusted for customer timezone)
  • **Bookings next 7 days **(adjusted for customer timezone)

You can filter results by Customer, Location, or Bookings enabled.

B. Timetable View (Per location)

Shows a detailed schedule for one location on a specific date.

You can:

  • Switch between dates
  • Filter by location
  • See opening hours for each day
  • Track all bookings visually on a grid

Each device appears as a row, and each booking as a color-coded block showing the user, time, and booking status.

5. How often is booking data updated?

The view automatically updates approximately once every 5 minutes to show the most recent booking activity and statuses.

6. What do the booking colors and statuses mean?
