What is boost

Boost is an additional subscription to make your laundry cheaper

There are some different features added

Instant booking: You will be able to reserve a machine for 15 minutes if the machine is available. Then you will be sure the machine is still available after moving your clothes to the laundry room 

Discount on your laundry: You will get a discount percentage, depending on the plan you have chosen 

Share with a friend: You will be able to share your subscription with a friend, at the same location

There are 3 different plans to select

1. Lite Boost - 10% Discount + Instant book
2. Pro Boost - 30% Discount + Instant book
3. Team Boost - 40% Discount + Instant book + Share with a friend 

*prices may vary depending on location

**Instant booking will not deduct a fee if you were not able to make it in time.

How to activate boost

In order to activate Boost you will have the option to enable it when opening the app by pressing the button “Get started”

If the popup does not appear, simply go to settings -> Boost

The boost membership will be deducted from your Selected payment method each month and will be recurring until it is canceled and will be active until the end of your remaining paid period.

On the App you will be able to see the full price of a wash on your location, and the new prices

with the given Boost tier applied

When selecting a boost membership, you will be directed to this page:

Here you click on “confirm”

And if the purchase is successful you will see:

Now you are able to use all the benefits of Boost!

How to cancel boost subscription 

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Account
3. Click “Cancel” subscription. Your subscription will end at the end of the current billing period. You will keep all of the benefits until then.
