How can I give free access to laundry to my employees? (Test user)

The test user feature gives technicians, owners, janitors or cleaning personnel free access to machines. The app functions in the same way as it does for any regular user, but with the added benefit that payments will not be processed, allowing for easy testing and free cycles for employees.

To create a test user login to your dashboard at: https://airwallet.net/

Once inside of your profile, search for the phone number that is connected to account of the future test user



Click on the profile, to be able to edit.



In the top right corner above the list of all the user's transactions, click on 'Actions' and choose 'Make test user.'




However, if you cannot find the account of the future test user by introducing their number in the search bar, you can add them manually.

Once inside of your profile, click on Users.

On the top right corner, click on Add User.

Then, introduce your user's name and phone number. Then click on Add User.


Now that the user is created, you can either search for the user's phone number or search the user's name on the list of users.

Once you have found the user, you can click on their profile to make them a test user as explained previously.
