How can I see which transactions are part of my settlement?
As the payout generation within the Stripe system relies on the number of payments processed by their internal deadline, precise payout dates are challenging to determine. To address this, we have introduced payout IDs. These IDs automatically organize transactions included in a specific settlment.
Where can I find the payout ID?
Login to your account at: https://airwallet.net/
Go to 'Settings' and choose 'Settlements'
Click 'View PDF'
Once the settlment PDF opens up, you can find the Payout ID as a first information under 'Details'
How to generate the transactions that are part of a specific settlment using payout ID
Go to 'Transactions' inside the dashboard
Enter the payout ID into the search field under 'Transaction ID or Phone Number'
Click 'Search' and if you would like to have a better overview, click 'Export' to get all the transactions exported into an Excel file
