How can I send a new start signal to the machine?
- Troubleshoot
→ Tap the machine you paid for by selecting "Trouble? Click here" in the app
→ Press the blue button labeled "Start again" to begin the troubleshooting process
- Open and close the door again
→ Try opening and closing the machine door again
→ Wait 10 seconds, then tap the green button labeled "Next" in the app
- Select program and press start
→ Select your desired program on the machine
→ Press the "Start" button on the machine
→ After 10 seconds, tap the green button labeled "Next" in the app
- We are almost there
→ Ensure the door is closed, the desired program is selected, and the Start button on the machine has been pressed
→ Wait 10 seconds, then tap the green button labeled "Start the machine" in the app
→ The start signal has now been sent to the machine. It should start shortly. If not, press the Start button on the machine again
