I cannot log in to the Airwallet app

Please check following

  1. Is the phone connected and able to receive a data signal
  2. Check if the phone number is correct on the login page



Can't remember your PIN-code for your account?

  1. If you have forgotten your PIN-code, you can press ‘Forgot PIN-code?’ on the login page. Enter your phone number and wait for a one-time code. It arrives as an SMS. Once you have entered it, you can select a new PIN code for Airwallet. (Make sure you are connected to your network so you can receive text messages.)
  2. If you are not able to change the password, please reach out to airwallet by chat support in the bottom right corner or by phone on +45 78709999


Did you not receive the verification SMS

  1. Make sure you have entered the correct phone number
  2. It can take between 30 - 60 secound before you will receive the message. (Remember to double check if, it is your text message app on your phone)
  3. Try to resend the text again
  4. If you still not receive the message, please reach out to airwallet by chat support in the bottom right corner or by phone on +45 78709999
