I cannot log in to the Airwallet app
Please check following
- Is the phone connected and able to receive a data signal
- Check if the phone number is correct on the login page
Can't remember your PIN-code for your account?
- If you have forgotten your PIN-code, you can press ‘Forgot PIN-code?’ on the login page. Enter your phone number and wait for a one-time code. It arrives as an SMS. Once you have entered it, you can select a new PIN code for Airwallet. (Make sure you are connected to your network so you can receive text messages.)
- If you are not able to change the password, please reach out to airwallet by chat support in the bottom right corner or by phone on +45 78709999
Did you not receive the verification SMS
- Make sure you have entered the correct phone number
- It can take between 30 - 60 secound before you will receive the message. (Remember to double check if, it is your text message app on your phone)
- Try to resend the text again
- If you still not receive the message, please reach out to airwallet by chat support in the bottom right corner or by phone on +45 78709999
