Wascomat W-Series

This document will walk you through the process of installing your Airwallet Pro330 to your Wascomat mechanical timer machine. This guide is for the following machines with the Greenwald Accumulator Drop With RED display:
·         W620
·         W630
·         W640 and up

Installing PRO300/Universal Harness

1.        Power down the machine by unplugging or turning of the breaker.
2.      Open the top of the machine.

3.      Locate the main SPIN contactor and insert WIRE 1 into L1 and WIRE 2 into L2 on the incoming side of the contactor.

4.      Locate the wire harness (black, blue, white, brown, grey) on the coin drop board that goes to the main timer and isolate the brown and grey wires. Using a wiretap or a 3M scotch connector, attach WIRE 3 to the grey wire and WIRE 4 to the brown wire.

5.      If the Dashboard programming has not been done prior, make sure to note the serial number or take pictures of the label on the bottom of the PRO300 unit.

6.      Mount the Airwallet unit inside the machine using the mounting tape. It is recommended to mount the reader inside the front panel close to the control board or on the outside back of the machine to ensure a quality connection.
7.       Once you have confirmed all connections are made, and the serial numbers are gathered you can reassemble the machine and proceed to the software setup.
