There are three options that need to be configured: Refill amount The selected amount will be refilled to the balance if your balance is about to fall below the chosen refill limit. If you do not want to refill the wallet until the balance is fully used, set the value to 0. || This guide is for new users in the Airwallet app. The guide contains everything from creation of the account to how you make a payment in the laundry room together with different types of features.

Create new user

When you have installed the Airwallet app on your phone, you need to create an account. This is how you do it:

→ Click on "Create new user" → Click on "I consent" → Click on "Accept" → Enter your first name, last name, phone number and your self-selected 4-digit pin code and finish by clicking "Create user" at the bottom of the page. → In the last step there will be sent a "6-digit one-time password" to your phone number that needs to be entered in the middle of the page. Hereafter you can click on Next down below.

How can I send a new start signal to the machine?

|| If you're having trouble starting the machine after completing your payment, follow the steps below to send a new start signal. ⚠️ Please note: This option is only available within 5 minutes after the payment and only works with certain machine configurations.

Troubleshoot → Tap the machine you paid for by selecting "Trouble? Click here" in the app → Press the blue button labeled "Start again" to begin the troubleshooting process

Open and close the door again → Try opening and closing the machine door again → Wait 10 seconds, then tap the green button labeled "Next" in the app

Select program and press start → Select your desired program on the machine → Press the "Start" button on the machine → After 10 seconds, tap the green button labeled "Next" in the app
